Missing Quick Action Corner (Calendar Utilities on the Upper Left Corner)

What is Quick Action Corner? It is a the calendar utilities on the upper left corner in SmartOffice. If it is missing, run SmartAnalyzer, click on Clear IE Cache button on SmartAnalyzer, go back to SmartOffice and refresh the browser (click on F5 key on your keyboard).

What is SmartAnalyzer?

SmartAnalyzer is a magical tool designed to check your Internet Explorer settings and make sure it is set up correctly to run SmartOffice.

To run SmartAnalyzer, either click on Run SmartAnalyzer for SmartOffice in your (system) Start menu or click on the following link then click Analyze. If SmartAnalyzer is not installed on your system, it will prompt you to install.

When SmartAnalyzer Report appears, if you see a yellow Allow Block Content button, click on it before continue.

If you see Fix IE Settings button on the top next to Expand+/- button, click on it so SmartAnalyzer can set up Internet Explorer for you. If you don't see it, then don't worry about it. Your IE is good to go for SmartOffice.

By the way, it is always a good idea to click on Clear IE Cache button few times a month. It will make your SmartOffice very happy.

SmartOffice Anywhere: Server Error 400

If you encounter Server Error: 400 when signing in SmartOffice Anywhere, just click Ok to continue. Only when SmartOffice Anywhere stopped working after clicking on OK, try SmartOffice Anywhere Troubleshoot 101.

To troubleshoot SmartOffice Anywhere:

  1. Make sure your office has access to SmartOffice Anywhere.
  2. Use any browser other than Internet Explorer.
  3. Use correct web address: https://www.ez-data.com/login.shtml .
  4. Restart browser.
  5. Use Google Chrome or Dolphin browser.
  6. (Mobile Device) Use Wifi connection only.
  7. (Mobile Device) Turn off Wifi and use data connection only.
  8. Restart your system/device.
  9. Update your system/device.
